  Office management does not know how to manage apartments, one of the worst company’s to have acquired this complex. Do not recommend. Seems like they have no clue on what they are doing.

  Bad customer service, disrespectful. Pls be aware and don’t rent from them. They charge you more than they say

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. I was ready to sign the lease and pay the deposit, but backed out at the last minute after realizing the staff had no idea what they were doing. They couldn’t answer basic questions, seemed completely untrained, and left me with zero confidence in how the place is managed. Very disappointing experience.

  In spite of circumstances outside of my control, I did enjoy my unit. It was spacious, a nice layout and had all of the amenities that I needed. I will say that in my first 2 weeks of living here, my car was broken into and since then, I felt a security issue - at least in the garage. There were growing pains, likely due to change in management and ownership. The issue is that this was all at the expense of the renter and I find that to be poor business operation and honestly unethical. I will say being notified that we weren't being charged utilities for 6 months and then being expected to pay in the latter was a huge disappointment that's my main reason for providing 3 stars.

  Currently sink new apartments, Decided to visit in person after going through reviews. See if it’s the true. Why the owner or in charge of hiring willing to hire a person that is not happy at his job, specially greeting new future residents. By opening the door with disgusting attitude and look at me up and down to absorb who I am. And didn’t greet to let me in, instead hold me at door. He definitely has the attitude that he is the one own the property. I could imagine I live there if I have any issues with apartment , how they will handle it. Reviews is the true.
