Only good things to say about my purchase experience last year and the maintenance of late that my Hustler needed. Josh is awesome and really services his sell. I will be purchasing all Stihl & Hustler products going forward just to do business with him.

Do not know how to listen took my lawnmower in for diagnostic because I bought my lawn mower from there and I have warranty so I took it back there it took over 3 weeks for them to give me a call and the call was $200 bill for carburetor cleaner so the man proceed to hang up on me because I told him I did not agree to anything I did not tell you how to fix anything I told y'all to see a warranty will cover it now they're saying I'm lying that there's nothing on the ticket about warranty so now I guess they're keeping my lawn mower because I don't have 200 I don't believe I should have to pay for something I didn't tell them to do

Took my chainsaw in for routine maintenance, I did NOT feel welcome at all. Piss poor customer service. Didn’t get my tool back for two weeks. Never going here, for anything.
