- KMKaitlyn MyersAug 10, 20253.0Stayed at the Elkhorn Lodge cabin right outside of Gatlinburg this week. Gotta say that for the price I was quite disappointed in the state of the cabin. The location was nice, but the place needed a deep clean.

- PCPaula A. G. C.Jun 27, 20252.0Douglas Lake Cabin was our choice to spend a few days on a family vacation. We paid $400 💲💲💲💲plus for 2 nights but... Surprisingly the WiFi didn't work so no cable TV, cabin had quite a few bugs which had to kill cause they were running on the kitchen counters, bathrooms, etc. We called the reception for them to come and fix things (WiFi, TVs , etc). Still waiting for them to show up !!! We're already home. Apart from that, keep in mind to get this cabin you have to drive through a rough curvy roads with very dangerous ups and downs . Around 40' drive from Gatlinburg downtown. Consequently, we'll never rent a cabin with this company again, they never contact us for an apology or a refund of any kind to compensate the lack of amenities & utilities we already paid for. They look that they don't even care about clients.🙄

We had a family vacation with we decided to stay with USA Cabins because we had in the past. We were so embarrassed that our family members were in a room that had blood-stained sheets, dead roach in the bathroom, the smoke detectors went off because the oven was dirty and we turned it on opened the door and all this smoke just came out, the air conditioner stopped working. The furniture outside was so outdated it was ridiculous, the alarm to the indoor pool wasn't working. We stayed at " Bandit Lodge" this is the last time dealing with cabins usa.
