- BBbigdbrown007Jul 12, 20251.0a month ago not worth the money. the install cost is ridiculous. maggie the designer was great and was terrific to work with. She did a great job with the layout and drawings. Terry the store manager was not helpful or patient. i made a mistake of asking for install directions for the cabinets. (no such thing exists). documents were not forwarded to me to sign. she raised Maggie's quote twice. when i asked for proof of extra cost she threatened me with order cancelation/ delay. these cabinets are from china and arrived at my house cracked and warped. The install boy said that was normal. CTG only has one installer, greg grayson with grayson homes. greg has no regard for quality and craftsmanship. had to come to my house THREE times to repair bad install or damage to baseboards, bad crown molding cuts, misaligned drawers and loose/crooked handels and doors. his attitude was very disrespectful. CTG installers are so bad they had to hire a company to babysit them called Install right services. very disappointed with quality and install. would not recommend

Our entire order was screwed up even when he had a sheet to go against of exactly what cabinets we needed and furthermore screwed up the delivery date so I had to drive all the way to Lawrenceburg to pick up my Cabinet and they charged me a delivery fee which they never refunded me back. Furthermore, after getting my cabinets, they were all the wrong cabinets and many of the cabinets weren’t even put on the order so therefore I brought them back to get a return and it has been upwards of three weeks and I have still yet to see the return on the cabinets that I’ve already dropped off at their store. Do not use this company if you need cabinets definitely don’t buy their cheap garbage. Spend the little extra money and buy yourself a mid grade cabinet cause in the end you will not be happy.

We saved additional money by putting them together ourselves and installing themselves ourselves. They have tons of options on counters and countertops. Trying to find the right setup was a challenge. Marcus and Kayla really worked with us to get everything we wanted and were able to find the best deal. Marcus worked well after hours to make sure we were able to get a particular promotion before it expired. Thanks you two! We’ll be back when we need more cabinets👍
