- SSStephanie SteimanAug 28, 20251.0The customer service I have received has been terrible. I had an issue last year with my base kitchen sink cabinet coming apart at the seems. They sent me some new hardware to try to a DIY repair and the holes didn’t line up. I called back and they said someone would come out to give me an estimate. No one ever showed up to look at it. Time got away from me and I called again to have someone come and make the repair. I have sent pictures and videos to show where the white frame is separated from the wood bottom clear as day. Now they want me to pay $300 plus tax for someone to come out and give me an estimate in person. Depending on what they need to make the repair there will most likely be additional charges, especially if they have to order something and make a second trip! I am not willing to spend over $600 to reattach the frame and put in a new hinge! I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back to discuss it further. The local store referred me to the 800 number. The 800 number now sends me text messages and I wait for days for a reply. Ridiculous that they won’t stand behind their “lifetime warranty”. I was told it is a “limited warranty” and this is not covered. I should not have to wait over a year for resolution! I would not recommend Cabinets To Go.
