- SMSusan MaddoxJun 1, 20251.0Sacramento Store Sales associate was Gwen W. This place doesn't honor their advertising, horrible service, empty promises. Gwen put all of measurements for cabinets and counter tops in the computer. Over 25K. The cabinets were perfect. The counter tops are a mess. She said she put the counter top measurements in correctly but the "program" messed up and now there is a $5,000 additional cost they expect us to pay for their mistake. Gwen also said if we had chosen a different counter top that this program would have worked. I was also charged for mileage fee to get a template made. Was told this wasn't a charge. Also a fee for the sink cutout. Over charged for the beveled edges, (this was corrected). Protect your investment and sanity. DON'T shop at any CABINETS TO GO. They are not honest. Will definitely go to her again in the future. Sorry no pictures yet but will post when job is complete.
