Unlike “big box” stores we’ve visited, Yalanda acknowledged us immediately, was very pleasant and genuinely wanted to be of service to us. As we spent time with Yalanda it was quite clear she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her products and processes. She listened with attention to our design ideas and wants/needs. Yalanda worked with us and provided design and manufacturer options for the configurations of two bathroom vanities and a linen cabinet. She absolutely breezed through the computer design process, walked us through it and provided us a design and quote. It’s so rare to find good customer service anymore. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Yalanda. She is definitely an asset in so many ways to your company. Wouldn’t let this one get away!!
