We have a beautiful set of cabinets and an island in our kitchen that we purchased from them and had them install. We were very proud to show them to off to our friends and family. They did an excellent and awesome job right up to the finish and it was worth every moment of the wait. Drew was our very first contact there and he was ever so helpful and professional to deal with. We have been to see him a couple different times since then to discuss projects and as always he was there to help and advise. We are now about to do another small addition to our kitchen and once again, we are happy to have Drew assisting us . We can be sure that we will receive professional and friendly service from them. Their communication was atrocious and we ultimately parted ways when the in home consultant never showed up for our confirmed appointment. He was happy to place the blame on everyone, including the store manager, without taking responsibility. Never tried to find a way to make things right so we could continue with our kitchen project. I would not recommend this company at all. Glad we saw their true colors before we got too far along in our project.

Ashley responded quickly and seemed genuinely interested, asking for all the necessary details and assuring me I’d receive a rough estimate within a week. That was weeks ago. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I haven’t received a single response since. Customer service is everything. A simple reply acknowledging that the project was beyond Cabinets to Go’s capabilities would have been completely understandable. Instead, the continued silence has left me no choice but to express my disappointment publicly.
