DONT TRUST REVIEWS EITHER BECAUSE THEY TELL YOU TO LEAVE A REVIEW FOR A DISCOUNT...BUT THEN I BARELY GOT ANYTHING OFF WHEN I LEFT ONE. I Took off work and left early for measurements, deliveries etc. Was never told I needed a plumber either way so I decided against the diswasher cut out. Had to redo the 3D image and pay an extra $600.00 for another cabinet because he didnt listen or just didn'tknow how to do the job. Paid up front 8500 and when job couldn't be done I was verbally abused over the phone to the point I was in tears when I asked for a full refund due to miscommunicationon and verbal abuse on their half. The supervisor actually called to apologize and said staff was extremely out of control and having serious issues..and even questioned his ability to be on the floor. He attempted to get me a refund but was unsuccessful and stated he could only give me half back per higher ups (Monday morning and still not seeing anything in my account yet). I honestly thought the owners or whomever would want to make this right but obviously they didn't care what their employee did. Now im stuck with 5 grand worth of cabinets and was told good luck happy headaches finding someone to complete the job as he laughed hysterically. . They also gave me the wrong faucet at 175.00 and im to terrified to go in and return it. Even though the supervisor Richard was extremely nice and offered to complete the job im to scared to even go into that place or call in again due to Mikes disturbing episode. I was told the rude staff felt comfortable with me hence why he felt he could laugh ,degrade, and humiliate me over the phone...whatever thats suppose to mean...very toxic place. DONT SHOP HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A SINGLE WOMAN!!!!!!
