  No communication. My wife went for knee replacement 4 weeks ago I Called the day she went in about bringing tools ,hardware and equipment to the upcoming auction. I was told to call 2 to 3 days Before the auction so somebody could schedule to unload the pallets. When I called back to schedule. They said it should have been on three weeks ago.. Why wasn't I scheduled when I called . Used to bring cattle to the cattle years ago And i dealt with them a lot over the years, they use to be awesome only thing I can say is I guess They now have idiots running the place
