  Repeated iPhone Issues & Poor Customer Support – Extremely Disappointed I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with C Spire’s handling of an ongoing issue related to a refurbished iPhone 12 I purchased in April 2024. From the beginning, the device has had recurring speaker malfunctions an issue I was unaware of at the time of purchase. Here's a brief timeline: * **April 2024: Purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 from C Spire. * **June 2024 (2.5 months later): The speaker failed. Since it was still under warranty, the device was replaced. * **Following Months: The replacement device’s speaker also failed. * **Repair Attempt: I was instructed to visit a store with a certified Apple technician. I scheduled an appointment, but the technician arrived over 2 hours late. The speaker was repaired. * **Most Recent Issue: The speaker has now failed again. This is the third time this issue has occurred on devices provided by C Spire. Now, I'm being told that my only option is to file an insurance claim through Likewise, which would send me the same model phone that has consistently had problems. I’ve also been told to use a backup phone if I have one. These solutions are unacceptable. C Spire knowingly sold me a device model with a known defect (the iPhone 12 is widely reported to have audio issues), and rather than taking responsibility, I’ve been given the runaround and told to rely on insurance or my own resources. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Cspire!

  Great customer service in store only though only trouble is can't reach anyone on a phone which is odd being that's their business PHONES!

  All Cspire Are good for me and the family plans are top of the Chart! Try The Store in Columbia MISSISSIPPI See JO PAUL MARKET MANAGER and what ever you do don't get a Foreign Phone! Such as the GALAXY GRAND PRIME, MY OPINION THERE ARE JUNK!

  not a customer yet but was going to change my expensive AT&T to this now. Not sure dont want dropped calls to pay less money. pay more where I am at but no such problems
