- LHLindsay HammondSep 26, 20251.0Highly recommend not using this store. I went to get a new phone, but I was offered to get the iPhone 17 on presale. Mind you, I have a broken phone, screen is broken and the charger port doesn’t work. I was told it would come in to Oxford on Friday (I currently live in Oxford, but my family lives on the coast). After my new phone was delayed by a month, I finally came to Tupelo to get a new iPhone 17 in a different color. I then found out I wasn’t added to the plan properly like I was told I was, and now I can’t even get a phone. This is a ridiculous game of run around and back and forth calls. Do not use Ray at this store.
