  This particular CSpire is the 3rd one I had to go to to get the help I actually needed. I would like to personally thank Sky for all her help with my warranty claim. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info I needed.

  Shy was extremely unprofessional. She started by singing to the radio and chomping gum instead of answering questions. She nickle and dimed my elderly mother in anyway she could. She did not respect the fact that elderly people do not understand or use technology like a younger generation does. It’s taken 2 hours to get an upgraded phone and transfer data. This is incompetence on a whole new level.

  Their claim of 99.99% uptime for fiber is not accurate. At night they become very spotty and I guess just hopes nobody will notice. This has been going on for a week now. For people who is self employed or relies on a connection 24/7 it's brutal though to have these issues. Very unhappy
