They always have service outages and it left me stranded for 2 hours because I couldn't call out for any help .... I should of never left Verizon. Can't wait until this contract is up! I came in as a loyal customer and bought a new cell phone and it's half time does not work and it is brand new ... Please don't go here not reliable when you are out on the road!
