Wow 🤯 great customer service is an understatement,, I live in D’Iberville and happened to be in the gulfport area when my phone messed up, I walked in and Mrs. Darian took all the stress and worry and hassle away. She treated me like I was family while I was there, so professional and wonderful at her job and to top it off she is super friendly and has a bubbly personality!!
I wish she worked at the d’Ville Branch LOL

Customer service rep hung up on me tonight. After explaining My phone was turned off today for “non payment”. Freaked me out, I left work early to race to my bank to find out why. No problems there…. So I went to cspire to pay my bill in cash. Was told “oh yeah, we had a few people come in today with that same problem it must be a glitch in the system”. Why wasn’t it reported? Why did I have to leave work early to get my phone I NEED for work operational? WHY don’t you have “my cash in the store”. All I had was a $100 bill. NO CHAMGE FROM THE KIOSK. What if I NEEDED THAT $30? To feed my family tonight? Was FPRCED to apply it to my next months bill. I had automatic payments set up and you knew about it all day never reported the problem you KNEW about! I do automatic payments for the CONVENIENCE! Not at all convenient. I have been a cspire customer for 15 years. I WILL be switching to Verizon TOMORROW. AND I EXPCET MY OVER PAYMENT TO BE RETURNED! this company is nothing like it used to be. They don’t even take the payments out they were approved to take out. They just turn my phone off and say “oh yeah, we’ve had a few people with that complain today”. Why didn’t you do anything about it? Eat this phone and train your employees on what common sense is. . I use my phone for work and you cost me money today and you forced me to overpay on my bill and just said “oh yeah we’ve been having that problem but never did anything about it. Sorry for the inconvenience even though you pay for convenience”. Called customer service tonight They said I was 2 months past due with no notification informing me. He said it was ram may 22md and was not approved with no reason why and informed me I had 2 months late payment fees as a result. Then again it was not ram today with no explanation as to why. But offers to wave my late fees. What good is that when they never should’ve been invited and I should have been notified BEFORE YOU TURNED OFF MY BUSINESS LINE. was told I could not receive my FORCED overpayment back and that the lady in the store NEVER even logged my number in. I was never notified of any of this. Basically they never ram my account for 2 months. Never informed me had no explanation as to why and then turned off my service without warning or notification of any sort. I informed the customer service representative tonight that I was upset and want to switch providers and he hung up on me The last 4 of my number are 2494 with 228 area code. .
