  C and S were very professional but warm and friendly from the start. They were kind enough to accomodate weird scheduling conflicts for us. They painted the house quickly and beautifully and left no mess behind. The actual painters were so friendly and professional, they really represented the business very well. I would not hesitate to recommend C and S Residential to anyone looking to have painting done.

  S&C painting, personified by Christy and Santaigo did a great job for us. Christy came out to give us the estimate. She’s extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not a pushy sales person. We were long overdue for repainting and had concerns about several areas. Christy reviewed those areas and assured us that they could take care of them as part of the bid. She carefully explained the different paint options and their expected quality, longevity, and cost. Santaigo, who does most of the painting, is more quiet, very knowledgeable and a true professional, who pays close attention to detail. He patched a few cracks that I hadn’t even noticed. He and his crew did a great job, were meticulous, very careful of my wife’s flowerbeds and bushes, and cleaned up as they went. The whole project took only two days for a two story 2400 square foot house. Their prices were very reasonable for the high quality job we got and were in line with other bids. We found their contract to be fair and reasonable. It was not filled with bureaucratic legalese and was easy to read and understand. We are very happy with the quality of the job, and enjoyed working with Christy, Santaigo and his crew. We would gladly have them paint for us again. I highly recommend them.

  I would enthusiastically recommend Cristy, Santiago and their team to anyone looking to have painting done! They were timely, professional, affordable and overall a joy to work with. I had an embarrassing slip where I accidentally gave them the wrong paint color for our trim (100% my error), but they were unbelievably gracious and quickly got the color I had envisioned and only charged us for the cost of the additional paint. They finished painting our exterior in 3 days and we are so impressed, it looks phenomenal. We also had some roofers doing work around the same time, and the C&S crew were accommodating and also helped identify one more small area that needed repair prior to painting. We really could not have asked for a better experience!

  They did a great job painting our house and deck. Hard workers were here all day for 3 days and the house looks great. Their estimate was quite reasonable, and they provided quality workmanship.

  These folks definitely take pride in their work and run their business with integrity. I was absolutely blown away at how fast my house was done -about a day and a half! My house with a detached garage is maybe 1300-1500 square feet. We did have issues with the porch, and they came back TWICE, after they were done and signed off on, to make sure it was right. To go above and beyond to make sure your client is happy and everything is right, is great business, especially when working on their home. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!! THANK YOU C&S! I am definitely a very happy customer. 😊
