Despite the circumstances of needing to visit these guys as much as I have this year, it was always met with clarity, responsiveness, communication, and integrity. They took care of my Jeep until I sold it today and now handle our Yukon and any of our vehicle needs. Huge shoutout to Adam! I hope not to need you as much moving forward 🤣 but for anyone needing to find THEIR TRUSTED MECHANIC, give C&S your business!

C&S Auto has been my go-to shop for all my servicing needs since I moved to Charlotte last year. Their high-quality service has always been fast, and the staff is knowledgeable. If you need maintenance, I highly recommend the professionals at C&S Auto.

Fairly overpriced compared to quotes from nearby shops. Markups are far more than typical, and they are willing to overcharge right off the bat. Make sure you get quotes from other shops first, even the dealer wanted less for the work I got done here on two separate vehicles, which I found out afterwards. The work wasn't bad at all, though, which is a shame because at a fair price without negotiation I would have been a customer for life.
