How long are tutoring sessions?
Tutoring sessions typically last one hour, unless a different duration has been previously arranged with the tutor.
How do I pay for tutoring sessions?
We accept various payment methods including cash, Venmo, PayPal, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Cancellations are accepted until 12:00 PM on the day of the session. A $35 fee will be applied to the next tutoring session for no-shows or late cancellations.
What kind of academic results can I expect my students to experience?
While we cannot guarantee specific individual outcomes, we regularly assess student progress through diagnostic testing, grade reviews, and assignment evaluations. We can provide information on average results our students have achieved over time.
What if I need to change my tutoring schedule?
To modify your tutoring schedule, please contact our office. We strive to accommodate your needs by arranging sessions that fit conveniently into your and your student's schedule.
What type of tutors do you hire?
Our tutors are carefully selected based on their academic knowledge and teaching abilities. We require all tutors to have completed a minimum of 24 college course hours.
Do you have a late fee?
Yes, we implement a late fee policy. A $25 fee is applied for payments received more than 7 calendar days after the due date. This fee pertains to late payments, not late arrivals.
