We bought 10 tons of decorative river rock back in May 2024, the driver of the truck took the electrical mast down when he pulled on the electrical lines which caused our clients to lose power in their home. Tony is the drivers boss who came out and assessed the situation and agreed to reimburse us for the damage his driver caused approximately $500.00 worth of damage just from the driver never did receive repayment as agreed to and we have called and spoke with Tony and left him messages to not be returned. . Then to top it all off the rock was never rinsed so instead of getting 10 tons of rock we got 5 tons of dirt and about 4 tons of rock. The owner of the property has been very disappointed in CNC as well as we are. I will NEVER recommend CNC to anyone. The manager, believe his name is Mark, had said he would reimburse for 2 tons of rock but never did. This company does nothing but lie to the customers now. When we first started using CNC they were great but not now they SUCK. This has been a major headache for our company as well as the homeowner. Disgusting how dishonest CNC has become. I want my money back the rock was trashed, we sent in pics to the manager, and have not heard nothing back. Very very disappointing and very UNPROFESSIONAL now I understand why people are not using them any longer.
We want our money back plus I am having to pay out of pocket to clean the rock and make it right for the owner. So far in total I am owed over $500 just for the mast plus $900 for the rock/mainly dirt. If i could give negative stars it would be a negative 100 stars as this place has lost the importance of the referrals and how one bad review can affect the business. Very disappointing. Do NOT expect them to put the customer first they put their wallets before the customer.
