Listen to the negative reviews. This place is horrible. You have a bunch of kids working here that don't even want to be there. If you tell them your project, they don't make any recommendations to what you might need or suggest not getting a type of rock because it dissolves or is used to put pavers on top of. Simply put: If you're not asking the right questions, they are not going to inform you of anything. Before you even think to settle, check out other places and you will see what I mean. They make suggestions and recommendations on the type of rock your getting or the ones that are not good to get based off the type of project you are doing. No different than you call a SOD place they ask you what type of top soil do you have and don't just try to sell you the sod and call it a day. These folks at least this particular C and C sand, are not masters of their craft. Again, bunch of kids working there. Probably the owner or managers kids but they are no experts in the field they are in. Go somewhere else. Not here!

I would stay away from purchasing rock from them. We recently ordered 1 1/2 inch rock for our front yard and received 6 tons of rocks, which is double the size mostly 3-4 inches. When I called to ask if I could at least get a small refund since what was delivered did not align with their display OR the 1 1/2 expectation, they simply said that that's the way it's cut and that "some" will be 1 1/2 (less than a quarter is 1 1/2 of the rock that was delivered...) with no way to fix the situation.
Not impressed with how they handled the situation and lack of transparency when you purchase the rock and lack of ownership at this point. It sounds like my experience tracks with other reviews here of management simply ignoring the customer's issue, so I would go anywhere else that cares about the customer experience and doesn't dismiss them.
