Web page said patterns, cross stitch and floss! Patterns ???? Only cross stitch patterns but that is not what it read. Plus framing! Just a little deceiving.

I’ve been to this shop twice now. The first time I didn’t have a great experience, but I chalked it up to it being a rainy day and perhaps their spirits were low.
However, today when I went to pickup and pay for my $100 worth of preordered patterns I quickly saw that my first impression was spot on. I literally heard one of the ladies talking about me to another employee. As I stared at her in disbelief, she stared right back at me, and continued to talk about me (Using my name and everything). I’m regretful I didn’t say something or at the least refuse my order and leave.
Right down the street from this shop is another, called Quilter’s Station. They have a better selection, and much better prices. Not the mention the staff and owner are really nice and welcoming!

This store has a good selection of patterns, threads, and accessories. If they frame their many models, then they do good work. There was one customer and two workers when I entered the store. The woman not helping a customer looked out from her office area when I entered. Neither worker spoke to me. Neither interacted with me. I stayed long enough to look at most models and every display of patterns. No one acknowledged me. I left this very unfriendly establishment with something I wanted to purchase but didn’t because they weren’t bothered to sell it to me. I’ll order it online from another shop that wants business. I found the entire experience sad.
