  Highly recommend! The furniture is sharp looking and comfortable. With a 35 year warranty, you know you are getting quality. Sydney helped is select the right styles and colors. We got a dining set and a set of chairs Adirondack chairs.

  This looks like a great place to by high quality long lasting patio furniture. The show room gives you a good feel for what you can get a d everything looks very customizable. The price point is higher than the cheap stuff but it really should last much longer. We were treated very nicely as well.

  Nice product! However I didn’t care for the way they handled their mistake. Bought a counter height table set with umbrella and employee explicitly stated that we didn’t need to buy a base because it comes with it already (I asked about the base several times). A couple weeks later our product shows up but frustratingly with no base. Talked to the manager who said that a base is actually not included in this set and that it must have been a “miscommunication.” It wasn’t a miscommunication, the employee made a mistake and apparently didn’t know what wasn’t included when we made the order with her in the store. If we needed a base separately for our product to function, why wouldn’t it have been ordered to begin with when we had purchased the product in the store? The managers says I can either buy a base from them or from somewhere else. Extremely frustrating when I was told that the base was included in that cost when I first purchased their product. If I’m buying things as a set with an employee IN the store- you’d hope the product could manage to get ordered correctly.

  The quality of products at By The Yard cannot be beat! We bought our first Adirondack chairs almost a decade ago and they look brand new despite being thrown by a mini tornado (micro burst) and having a 200 year old oak fall on one that buried the chair almost a foot into the ground, but only broke an arm (which we fixed with super glue). Even no fading! The cupholders we just bought still match the original chairs perfectly. I know BTY costs more, but given their track record they have been worth it. We just bought a new dining table with 6 chairs, 2 couches, a table and a bench. From the order people to Darrell the delivery guy a top notch product and service.
