Horrible people, they told me a price over the phone and on delivery hiked the price up and charged me before hand. Also, they told me I had to be home for the driver to check the oil tank, or they would not deliver the oil. When I asked the driver, he didn't even know what I was talking about. I lost a days work for nothing. I called the company to tell them what happened and Heather, who was the customer service rep. was rude, accusatory, demeaning and didn't let me finish a word - she spoke over me the entire time and continually said, "I can't do anything about it." Never trying to work with me. SHe did not care that I was an unsatisfied customer and BUY RITE would lose my business and other potential customer. She appeared to just care about that statement she kept repeating, "I can't do anything about it." VERY POOR customer service and NOT a way to stay in business. WE (customers) are YOUR business!!! LEARN IT, Heather! And BTW - she didn't even address the issue of the tank being checked or why the driver did not know, nor did she apologize for that info. on their part.
