Be prepared to do it all yourself. You order it all yourself from a screen at your table. A robot brings you your food and there is minimal interaction with staff. Which is fine, but you are asked for a tip up front for what exactly? We haven't even talked to our server yet and hadn't tasted our food. Once our food arrived the server was engaged so we left a tip at the end. We were put off by the lack of interaction and now that we know what the atmosphere is like, we won't be going back. It wasn't bad, it just feels like an entire group of customer has been alienated at the cost of being trendy and techy.

This is my honest review.
Cute concept, loved the robots, and the technology was efficient.
The food was pretty good and enjoyable until we witnessed a plate from the restaurant on the ground outside and a dog eating from it. The owner also was feeding her dog off their fork.
The waitress cakes outside and picked up the plate and we watched them take it to the back with the rest of the plates. (Yuck)…
I get we have no clue what happens at restaurants when we are not there but seeing this while eating was a turn off and ruined our experience.
I am a dog lover myself, however I do not agree with ppl using restaurants plates and forks to feed their dog. I don’t eat behind my own dog do I definitely don’t want to eat behind any one else’s dog.
If the owner had hand fed their fur baby that would have been fine.
Unfortunately, I wish I could rate this establishment higher but the lack of sanitation outweighed the fact experience.

So, I live in Bradenton and my friend and I came to have breakfast here because of its review. And honestly there are no regrets. As you come in the atmosphere is very calm and lively. Brandi, our hostess, welcomed us and guided us on how to order through the computer. We ordered and our food was ready in less than 15 mins. Our friendly robot brought our food to the table, and a waitress handed us our food. Which by the way, the food was BOMB!! Everyone was very polite and friendly, but most of all very attentive. Highly recommended this place. Nobody should miss out on this experience!!

It was a perfect Brunch meal after church, indulging but not overly rich/sweet.
The savory food was perfect, I normally hate corned beef hash , and this time I kept taking it from my husband's plate!
The pancakes were perfect! I had the blueberry lemon curd ones and my husband the strawberry ones. All amazing!
My mum loved her Pumpkin Latte! Great LAVAZZA Coffee (please dont change that!)
Brandy and the ladies helping us were amazing, a good combo between robots, technology and the human touch!
Loved it! Will definitely return!

My mom and I ordered an omelette and a skillet, both solid choices. But the real star of the show were the pancakes. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were some of the best I’ve ever had—insanely fluffy, perfectly golden, and just the right amount of sweetness. They practically melted in my mouth.
The coffee was another highlight. They serve Lavazza which is honestly better than what you get at most breakfast spots.
Service was top-notch, too. Our server, Brandy, was super friendly and on top of everything—quick with refills, helpful with recommendations, and just made the whole vibe welcoming. The food came out fast, which was great since we were trying to hit the road for a road trip.
Overall, Buttermilk nailed it for breakfast. Those pancakes alone are worth the trip, but the whole experience—food, coffee, service—was spot-on. I’ll definitely be back.
