  $89 for the dispatch fee. They came out to tell me I would have to pay $808 to fix a garbage disposal. Nothing else. Would’ve taken them 20 minutes to fix. So basically they stole $90 from me in about 10 minutes. $800 for a garbage disposal. Trash business. Save your $89 for some other company. The guy who came out Jimmy was at least nice and on time. Nothing against him. But you guys are stealing with an $800 charge for a simple garbage disposal.

  Jimmy (very professional) with Busy Bee just left my home and I still have a plumbing problem. He advised he would have to detect the leak and it was $767 with no guarantee that he'll be able to find the leak. Also, that mount is separate from the pipe repair. So, basically he came to say hello to me and my family. But I paid for him to do that... which was explained to me. The leak detection was not! I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this company.

  Amazing company. Needed plumbing help on a Sunday and called them at 2pm the tech was at my house at 4pm and the job was done by 5:30pm. I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy Love he was the tech that did the job. Great customer service did a fantastic job and very knowledgeable. I appreciate your help on a Sunday Jimmy!

  I called this company at 6pm because my AC wasn’t working — the refrigerant was out and the unit was frozen. Since they advertise 24-hour service, I expected the problem to be fixed that night. Otherwise, I never would have called after hours. The tech arrived around two hours later, took a quick look, and told me nothing could be done until the unit thawed. In other words, they didn’t want to actually fix it that night but still charged me a $120 dispatch fee. He explained someone could come back out tomorrow morning but probably not first thing??? Even though they would come back tomorrow morning they still charged me a dispatch fee that would have been waived if he had fixed it that night. I have still not been contacted by someone at the company for the repair. I have an HVAC company I typically use and I called them as soon as I woke up and they were out first thing. Overall, I feel completely scammed and misled. I wasted two hours of my time and $120 for zero results. The right thing would’ve been waiving the dispatch fee and completing the work the next day due to the work not being able to be done that night.

  A couple months ago after I had another repair. I was sent a number to text in the event I needed a plumber. My pressure regulator decided to break. I texted busy bee plumbing around 7pm. Well after they had closed. I wasn't expecting to hear from them until the next morning. To my surprise I received a text. Stating they were closed but I could reach their emergency number. I stated I would wait to the next morning. Then I received a text asking if I would like to schedule an appointment. I said yes. Then I received a call. Kevin was out the next day before 1000. They were wonderful about getting my plumbing issue resolved. Thank you
