I so miss Winter at Buster's. Winter was so knowledgeable and willing to teach. Sadly, I went in last week and while the young boy that was there was polite, he did not have the knowledge to help.

What is the point of having a dog wash if every time we go to use it we are turned away because "the groomer has priority"? It is a great facility if and when you can get in to use it. We will look elsewhere.
