Was going to come in with cash to buy a car they close at 5:00 told them I would be there by 4:30 said its to late even told them I would take my business somewhere else I guess they got so much business they don't want anymore

From our first contact via Buster Miles Chevrolet ("BMC"), salesman Scott Turner was lightning quick to respond with the availability of the 2025 Chevy Tahoe my wife was interested in on BMC's website.
Scott Turner was great. He knew the Tahoe, its options, and its tech. He had the Tahoe ready to test drive when we arrived from Georgia. He did all of this while he was closing on another sale that morning. And, he helped me get set up for a Veteran's discount that saved me another $1,500.00.
My wife and I were hungry, and he recommended a place called "Rhythm Cafe" for lunch and said he would send us the numbers while we ate. I had a number in mind that I wanted to pay, and he sent the paperwork and I didn't even make a counteroffer because I knew he gave me a fair deal.
I was very pleased to hear that Buster Miles was a Chevy and Ford dealer. When it comes time to trade in my Ford F150, I'm calling Scott Turner because he made me a Buster Miles customer for life, and I will gladly drive the 130 miles to Heflin, Alabama to buy a new truck.
My wife loves the new Tahoe. She traded in a Toyota Highlander and was really interested in the Sequoia, but this dealership took care of us so well, she switched brands. I can't say enough great things about Buster Miles Chevrolet and their sales guy Scott Turner.
I've got a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered in three different time periods over a five moth period, which i don't blame the dealership for. I do blame them for the sales person not calling g me back twice, and the third time she acted like I was bothering her. The fourth time I calmed, it was because I got an email saying my vehicle was delivered the previous day. The sales person again acted like I was bothering her. She said it needed to be preinspected and didn't know when that would be done. She said she'd let me know but I'm not holding my breath.

Everything went well. You should learn to take drive up service as well. Look at Ronnie Watkins ford they do an excellent job taking care of both appointments and drive up customers.

Awesome car buying experience from start to finish (and I hate buying cars)!!! We live in Montgomery, AL and sent out an email inquiry with our vehicle requested specs. Cody (sales associate) got back to us within 30 minutes and beat our current bid by about $2500 (mostly due to not adding dealer add-ons). Very low pressure sale with a great price from the start. Had to drive 2 hours to their store, but figured that was actually earning me over $600.00 per hour for the 4 hour round trip travel. Got there and the car was ready (washed and fueled). Adam (Finance Manager) had us in and out within 20 minutes of arrival with keys in hand (simultaneously Cody worked with our son to walk him through the vehicle and setup internal electronics). Adam explained options available but did not push them on us. Would absolutely do business with this company again!!!
