- MCMichelle CotterAug 7, 20251.0I'd leave zero stars if I could. This company ruined our pool liner by dropping a metal tool into it when they closed it. There is now a big rust stain (2 feet long!) where the pole was laying all winter. They gave us the run around from May to the present and still have not taken responsibility for it and fixed it. The customer service woman has been snippy and rude when discussing getting taken care of (to the point my calm husband finally lost his temper in the middle of the store!), like we were putting her out. It should not take 3 months or more to get this cleaned up. Now they have just stopped trying to do anything. I highly recommend using another pool company. We are considering small claims court.
