  This is our forever store for our spa needs! Christian has been amazing! He installed our hot tub and explained everything in detail. Then a few weeks later when we tried to get the hot tub up and running, we had an issue and he rushed over on his time off to ensure it was fixed. A+++++++

  I highly recommend Burton Spas in Hot Springs. Christian was positive and very accommodating throughout the entire process of my hot tub purchase and installation. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'm looking forward to maintaining my hot tub with Burton.

  We contracted them to repair a side to our hot tub that had been destroyed by a storm. Their service team tore our hot tub cover straps off when repairing the side of the tub. They proceeded to excuse their team and then eventually told us how they planned to remediate the issue of damaging our cover by giving us 10% off of our bill or 10% off of a brand new cover. We felt kind of stuck because that's all they would do, but we did voice our disapproval of their remediation plan. We had honestly contracted them to help us fix a problem, not create a problem.... we have a repaired side but damaged cover…

  Burton Pool and Spas honestly made our 1st time pool buying truly easy…Christian the salesman was absolutely very kind, knowledgeable and professional and the builder Mike also very kind, professional and knowledgeable…all in all everyone is friendly and takes time to explain things and I never feel like a bother if I have questions. I will continue to use this company for all my pool needs no doubt! Thank u guys so much! Yall rock!!!
