They were very helpful with doing multiple resizings, specifically for the bracelet. I decided to wear my bracelet for a bit today and the (brand new) chain broke off within a few hours. I was just sitting around the house. I know the bracelet can be a complex repair, but I went with their recommended chain. For a $300+ repair I expected better quality, and to last more than a few hours. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay even more for a second repair that shouldn’t need to happen.

I dropped off two chains to be repaired ($60 total) and exchanged some broken hoops for store credit, and they took about a week to fix the chains. Trish had quite a snappy, belittling, and impatient attitude. I mistakenly thought I had paid ahead, so I mentioned it when I came to get my chains. Nonetheless, I paid that day. She said she's worked there for 36 years. I would hope after 36 years, you can identify a first-time customer and show some patience and grace. Trish, I hope you can reconsider how you approach customer's misunderstandings, even on the busy, hard days.
