He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and even gave us some helpful tips — no pushy sales talk at all. Just an honest, knowledgeable guy who clearly enjoys what he does. We’ll definitely be asking for Andrew again next season!

From new-to-the-market refrigerants, to boilers, new thermostats, to heating/cooling zones, window units, floor units, mini splits, even CO, Andrew knows his stuff. He changed the AC filter that I had on hand in the attic, and took the time to run the system to make sure it was running right. He also checked the compressor unit to ensure there were no problems with it. He didn't make me feel dumb because I couldn't get the AC system to turn back on after I had turned it off, I thought for the season. We decided to just turn the thermostat way up to leave the system on, but inactive except for the fan coming on periodically. Thumbs up for thorough service by a very pleasant technician.
