I have only ever had personal house sitters stay with my dog when going out of town. Going here was a big adjustment for me and my pups but they had an absolute blast, I called and asked for a few photos when I was missing them and the staff sent plenty of them getting cuddled and running around with friends. I think the variety they had to offer me was really nice and I personally wouldn't trust any other place with my babies. Definitely puts my mama heart at ease!

I’ve never known management to care as much about their clients like Bunk & Biscuit. I know when I leave my dog with them that he is going to be happy, healthy, and safe. I’ve never had any issues in the two years he’s been going there. The communication from the tech, groomers, and the Manager has always been of the highest standard! It makes me feel lucky that a place like this not only exists, but is so close to me! Bunk & Biscuit knows how much my dog means to me. And they have never let me, or my pup, down! Thank you Bunk & Biscuit! We’ll see you again soon!!

My gf brought our dog in for a hair cut and gave specific directions on what we wanted. I picked her up it was a completely different cut than she asked. It was a basic buzz cut with absolutely no shape. Then called her Maverick 4 different times when her name is Sadie. She had a pink poka dot collar with her name on it. When I got home my gf couldn't believe they shaved her almost bald and called them, they were dismissive and rude and said if we weren't happy then we dont need to come back. So ok, we definitely will not be back and will let everyone know how they clearly do not care about there customers or the fact that its not just a careless hair cut and mistake, this is a family member to us and not a dog you shave bald. By the different name so many times and reading the reviews now, I would bet they mixed our dog up with someone else's. Everything about it was careless. The attitude of the person who answered the phone, the person who cut her hair and the person who wouldn't stop calling her Maverick over and over. Our little cute 10lb lap dog is not a "Maverick".

I do not recommend this dog grooming service for anyone. The groomer has cut our dog multiple times with the shears. Just in his recent haircut, his leg got infected and we had to take him to the vet and pay a high vet bill to take care of it. They have the audacity to charge more than double for just a simple shampoo. After receiving a text message from Bunk and Biscuit, I called and talked to the manager on why we are paying double for a simple shampoo. The manager/owner told us that they are removing us from the system and we can go elsewhere, we didn't even get to talk about the vet bill that we currently have due to their negligence. At this point I will be seeking an attorney and suing them for the vet bill. DOG OWNERS BEWARE!

I took my three-year-old dog here in 2023 for a week while I went on a vacation and she came back a completely different dog. She is reactive. Doesn’t like new people and hates men. She wouldn’t eat for days after I brought her home and she didn’t even wanna be around me when I first brought her home. She was shaking, looked much skinnier than when I left her and had a rough time readjusting to her normal life. i’m not sure what happened here, but I have gone far far lengths to desensitize her and retrain her to not be this way. its still a struggle to this day. when the lady first opened her kennel my dog ran out trying to get away and she’s literally never done that before. she went from a fan favorite dog to a “please put her away when we come over” it’s heart breaking.
