  I was told over the phone I would get satellite dish for TV and phone service for 50 or $55 a month. All they provided was the TV service and no phone. Now I have a 93 year old Aunt that can't call her loved ones. I live 2000 miles away and can't fix the problem

  SCAM! I just wanted tv for $15-$20. They said sure they can help me. I ended up with premium channels and a 2 year contract with DirecTV. It was never mentioned that I would be getting a two year contract. I contacted them to cancel and they keep turning the conversation back to the price saying it was in line with what I asked for. The 2 year contract was NOT what I asked for. The installer does not work for Planet Earth Satellite, he is an independent contractor. The installer waited until he was leaving to give me the contract. He gave me the back of it and impatiently waited for me to sign it AFTER the dish was installed. It will cost me $500 to cancel DirectTV. Do not do business with this company. James & Mike at Planet Earth Satellite; Mike at Home Entertainment and Networking Solutions. Don't do business with them unless they FIRST give you all the documents to review.
