Service was excellent and atmosphere was good, but the hot dogs were lacking. The hotdogs themselves were on the small side but tasty. Then the variety of toppings had so much unfulfilled potential. The toppings all lacked flavor. For example the raw onions had no bite to them (texture-wise and taste-wise). The saurkraut had some flavor but sauekraut is meant to have lots of flavor. The chili was bland and couldnt tell if it was ground meat or beans or both? French fries though were amazing with the perfect crispy outside and doneness inside.

I stopped by because they sold plain hotdogs. My kids only eat plain goodies. I found a good mine here. I got a Philly cheesesteak hotdog and it was amazing. They have great sides and a great kids meal selecting. The staff was super nice and kind.

Been to this place twice and same experience both times . Drove out of town to come here. Food is great . But service is horrible. Two times i encountered a man with a beard taking orders As I waited in line and seen his customers service and encounter with white customers he was very kind welcoming, had a smile while engaging with everyone in front of me (that was white ) very great customer service. HI WELCOME TO BUNBUSTERS . Thank you for coming .. you guys from area . Hope you enjoy . Ect ect Very good customer service thought to myself. Until I approached. I’m not white . Im most likely am the same ethnicity as the man taking my order and the amazing cooks . But moment I approached, I didn’t get the same energy. The same experience. I got a cold expression, and a what can I do for you . I already ordered online and told him yes bro i have an online order . He Got my order, gave it to me and went back to work . No other word. Nothing . Both times . White , Rican , Dominican , braids , baggy pants , or in business attire, why the change of customer service ? Shift of energy? By second time i understood. Customer service with that one individual was only reserved for a certain group of customers. Once again, food is still amazing but doesn’t make up for service. Hope you guys fix that. Lost a customer . My money just as green .I’m very polite. And everyone deserves the same treatment.

We stopped at Bun Busterz while visiting Easton, and it was such a great experience! I had the Philly, my husband tried the Smash Dog, and we shared the Big Bowl everything was absolutely delicious. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us like family, which made us feel so welcome. Great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere we’ll definitely be back!

Horrible management. I ordered $80+ worth of food for my family while visiting from Florida for a family tragedy. My pick up time was somehow automatically altered to the next day after I paid. I called immediately to request to cancel or to see if they can just fulfill the order that night because I needed the order that night. The staff called the “manager” and they claimed she cancelled the order and I would receive a refund within 2 days. It’s been 3 weeks and the “manager” has ignored several phone calls from me and there has been no refund initiated. When I call the staff says they are all aware of what happened and thought the refund was issued. They ask for my contact info but I never get a call back from the “manager”. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank now but it’ll be 3 months before I can get my money back. My husband walked across the street that same evening and replaced the order and paid for it. So they basically were paid twice ($160+) for one order and the food wasn’t even worth the price. I will never give this place another try and have also told my family that lives locally not to try it either due to poor management and customer service. I am also filing a complaint with BBB.
