- AHAlicia HargroveMar 9, 20191.0Almost positive I was shorted on oil, got 100 gal. The 1st time and it lasted over a month and the 2nd time paid 600.00 thru Liheap crisis. That is 212 gallons.... I have 2 100 gallon tanks... they claimed to put in 212 gallons... here we are a month , maybe we a month and a week or so over and we are about to be out of oil. We have ran only 1 thermostat instead of all 3 and ran it at 65 instead of 70. I called right as the guy was leaving from pumping the oil bc he wouldn't answer my questions about the oil and I was told the extra 12 gallons could've been caught up in the lines between the two tanks but my tanks over flow from one into the other. Also this company will make you wait daysssss to get delivered , it's ridiculous. I really believe this company did not give me 212 gallons of oil.
