  My AC unit is about 10 years old the landlord replaced it when I moved in. The place has jumped in value and I have two options I can either pay for repairs or he can sell the place out from under me in place of repairs my landlord sends over appraisers and realtors to intimidate me. I am low income and it's either coming out of my pocket or I'm out on the street.. 50 feet up in the sky with no access my hands are tied I have to call someone professional the bars on the windows have prevented me from buying basic windows AC unit .. A/C Stopped working about three years ago so I called bumble breeze they "fixed" it $2700 bucks I had to borrow from the bank only worked for that summer. They then send a guy out the next year , last year he informs me that it's sprung a leak and I'll have to pay another $600 to add coolant or $2700 + again to repair it .. again. I'm a renter I'm just barely making ends meet. I pay the $600 to add coolant only last just short of the summer and sweat it off last hot months of last summer 105+ degrees in here because I couldn't afford to have them come out and add coolant again even though I paid them to have this thing repaired several thousand dollars the previous summer. I'm sure if it was their family dying of heat exhaustion in their home they would make it work. Especially for that kind of money. Here we are both years after and it's getting hot again 90° + degrees last week I have respiratory illness I have a hard time breathing as it is. And a elderly rescue doggy. the AC doesn't work. Bumble breeze are crooks!! Rip off artists they don't respond to calls they don't call me back even though they say they will. They don't answer basic questions about what to do/if they'll be able to help me I'm assuming the answer is no but they are too lowlife to tell me that. I don't know how these people are getting good reviews. Sleazy scumbags use their customers as ATM machines. Thumbs down I'd give no stars at all if I could. These crooks are scam artists. They don't repair anything they put a Band-Aid on it at TOP DOLLAR rate then wait for it to break and then hit the customer/victim up for credit card information.
