  I wish I could give zero stars. We have been trying to get our water meter installed for over a month now. I called during the first month of waiting and they told me “2-4 weeks, that’s all I can tell you” I called back after the 4 week mark and they said they were backed up because of the weather (the weather had been just fine) and that they couldn’t give me an estimated date of when this would be done. She said “I know you probably don’t want to hear this but within the month.” Seriously?! 2 months to install a water meter. This company is terrible.

  The ladies and gents of the company are the most pleasant and most helpful I've seen in a company in many years. Very friendly place just to visit.
