Building Management Partners

Building Management Partners, LLC (BMP) is a subsidiary of Paul Hemmer Company. BMP is headquartered in Northern Kentucky and performs services in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. With over 30 years of experience and expertise gained by providing facility management services to company owned properties, Hemmer began offering these services to external clients more than a decade ago with the formation of BMP. In order to focus on the needs of its growing customer base, Hemmer chose to make BMP a stand-alone entity.
