When I was owed a refund for a missed charge, the lady there called and told me to hurry and give her my card for refund. I didn't have it on me and she rudely told me her computer was stuck until shee processed it. I told her if she called first I could have made sure to have. She said I'll just cut a check and you come get it and hung up. Obviously they don't need new local business. Poultry Electric is absolutely amazing though so thanks for being horrible so I found them.
