- BLBev LoganJan 10, 20241.0I’ve tried for a while to get someone to help me with the replacement of a window. I can’t get anyone to respond. I spent just under $40.000.00 in June 2023 on materials to replace my deck, porch and build a trellis. They absolutely are the worst when it comes to customer service!!!! I would never recommend them for anything. My business is going elsewhere. What a bunch of slackers and I’d be embarrassed if I had any ownership in thus sorry excuse for a service company!!!! I am in Pinehurst/Southern Pines, NC.

- KBKimberley BurnsJan 12, 20191.0The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I have been trying for two months to get credited for over $1000.00 in materials that they picked up. After they picked up the materials I was told they did not do credits on doors, they were disposed of in the trash yard. Now keep in mind this was “after” they took them (and the doors were brand new). I sent back balusters as well as other material that was still in the boxes, never used nor touched and can not even get a response from them. Very poor customer service and definitely integrity issues. I will not use their services or recommend anyone to do business with them.
