Ordered custom colored doors from their in house millworks and got extremely poor quality product that is literally falling apart after one year. The frames are breaking and warping and paint is just peeling off. No attempt to correct or replace the product. Big thumbs down.

Please contact your local store or sales representative for return options for your order. We do not allow returns on custom orders.

Pricing is done by our local store managers or sales representatives. You are welcome to bring a competitor’s quote into a local store to determine what options might be available.

For existing orders that have not yet been delivered, please contact the store or sales representative where you made the purchase.For warranty information, contact our customer service team. You can pay your invoice online at MyBFSBuilder if you’ve registered your account there. You can register your account if you haven’t already done so. You can also make a payment at your local store. Our customer service team is not able to receive payments over the phone at this time.
