When they get confronted about it and want to return unopened "Company policy no returns on special order items". Home depot’s Site had exact part number for half the price and free shipping.

They were extremely helpful, loaded up everything I needed (sakrete and 6 4x4's) and had me leaving with a smile, less money spent if I'd gone to Lowes or Home Depot, and less time spent since I was immediately helped. I didn't have to touch or lift a single board. I would highly recommend this business.
