    Walked in 5 minutes to close and was told they're already closed. I don't understand why you would put your closing time at 5pm if you actually close at 4:55pm. Really unprofessional and misleading. I've worked in the customer service industry myself also and know everyone wants to go home at a decent time. That just means get faster at your closing tasks not close early. Sad bunch.
