I have done my best to avoid using this Lumber yard as they are the most completely unprofessional and unorganized business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my experience working as a contractor. Every single time I have had to get Lumber from here, they have lost my ticket, and I have spent more than 2 hours waiting on them to load my trailer without a single yard Worker interacting with me or to ask what I was waiting on, despite me going back inside multiple times to inform the desk that nobody has helped me or brought my order out. Not once have they been orderly and even reasonably timed. I've never been able to come in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention their yard workers are absolutely rude and downright hopeless when it comes to loading skills on their forklifts. The last 4 times I've been here the driver has been uncooperative, unhelpful, and literally smashed the forks into my trailer, pressing down until the trailer flattened on its own suspension and my truck groaned under the tongue weight. Bottom line, do not Ever go here. Go to midsouth Lumber, or Portland Lumber. Or. Literally anywhere else. Chopping your own Lumber from A tree in your yard would be faster, easier, and of better quality.
