  When you spend money for three hours watching your football team and you change ALL the televisions to Ohio State when we are in South Carolina. THAT’S RIDICULOUS!! Let people know so we can go somewhere else!!

  It was so packed here tonight in Surfside but did they do a great job or what? Our church had a youth charity event- Palmetto Pointe Church...food was excellent staff was even better!

  Walked in a few minutes before the estimated ready time given online. Place was relatively empty, not busy. Waited 20 minutes for my food after being told “they're bagging it up THREE TIMES”. Wings were rock hard and cold and food was missing. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this restaurant. This restaurant in particular has ruined my favorite wing place. Christopher the manager did say he would refund us so that’s a consolation but still hungry!

  I ordered to go food. Tipped was told food would be ready by 4pm waited 30 min more. Then asked for the kid apple juice took the girl 7 more min to get that while she was helping everyone else then realized I didnt get a upgraded side I asked for. Check orders when people order togo food please

  Place was fairly empty and service was still slow. Management has zero care in the world for customer experience. Asked for a channel change being as only 1 game was on. Watched one manager stand at the bar and check his phone for 10 minutes before talking to the other about even changing the channel. 10 minutes later the other manager comes up and says he can change one single tv out of the 50 in my view after the game ends. Overall terrible management leading to terrible staff performance. And they just opened….
