  Catrina is AMAZING!!! We ordered pickup at 10pm not knowing it was going to push our order for the next day but she made it possible to get it the same night!! She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much Catrina for your help and your service.

  Placed an order through the app. My food was cold the buger luke warm. The boneless wings and wedges were so hard they hurt the roof of your mouth! Definitely need to do better!

  Ordered boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce and half the wings had no sauce at all and they tasted like they were cooked last week. Ordered on door dash so I spent $30 on the nastiest crap I've ever eaten. Also got food poisoning from it. Never going back

  Tonight I call this location to ask if they offer a military discount. I was pleasantly suprised to find out they do. Unfortunately that is only if you walk in. Which by walking in. There is no special. You pay full price. So I decided to do an online order anyway. The website was fairly easy to navigate. Once I paid I was given a time when my order should be ready (20 min) after 25 min I pulled up to the drive through told the attendant I was here to pick up my order. When I drove to the window I was told my order still want ready. I was handed a paging device and told it would alarm when my order was ready. Needless to say it was another 30 minutes before it was ready. The wait was not the issue. Being given a time to be there. Totally missing the mark by more than 30 min is my issue.

  This place is a godsend because the takeout from BDubs on Bay Road has burned us on more than one occasion. The Go location on State Street has been fantastic. Food is good and fast and service is great. On one occasion, I got my food and took it out to the car to double check it and an employee ran out with an order of fries they forgot to put in the order. That was an extra mile and was incredibly appreciated.
