Order 80 wings for my employees . Delivery came an hour 1/2 late. He arrived on a Lime scooter with one bag of 40 wings on the handle bar and the other 40 stuffed in a book bag. The wings were completely tossed around the 40 in the bookbag 35 came out the box and were just sitting in the plastic bag in sauce mixed up flavors. This happened 9/12 its now 9/19 and not one person has reached out to me. I have called doordash they said because I went thru Buffalo site you will have to fix this mess. I tried calling and it directs to customer service, reach directs me to customer relations and with customer relations all I get is we are submitting a request. I am like its been a week. So no manager thinks my complaint is important? I know if a customer complained about their experience it will definitely not take me a week to get to them.

I hope this location gets shut down. It is poorly managed. No phone line for incorrect orders or modifications and my food is ALWAYS wrong.. always.. and the chicken is always undercooked, is this a prank?

Do not order from this location. I ordered online and the food arrived 4 days late. Yes days. There is no phone line where you can contact the store so you will not be able to call to cancel or refund your order.
