It has been about 6 months since we last went to this location because of our awful previous experiences but we decided, once again, to give them a try. I ordered a bogo 6 (so twelve) with wedges and a 20 boneless with fries and a side of honey BBQ. The order was placed at 406 and when I arrived at 416, they said they just received it (I expected to wait a little bit knowing I got there early but was not expecting them to not even see the order yet. the store had only one other order pending on the screen so the store was not busy) so not sure why it took so long for them to notice. There is never an employee there to greet customers so you have to ring the bell at which they come out looking rather annoyed to be bothered. I proceeded to wait until 438 when two different people finally came out to give me the order, in which they looked shocked to see human beings existed on earth. I was in a hurry so didn't check the order but when I got home I realized that they gave us one with 12 wings and then the other with 12 wings instead of 20. They also forgot the side of honey bbq. I'm sorry but this will be the final time we get orders from this location. We gave them so many chances but in the end, the employees clearly do not care about getting orders correct. We have never a single time gotten a correct order from this location. Please get better management and/or employees.
