  Came in for lunch while my car was at Pep Boys. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Soda machine broken. No other customers there, but took 15 minutes to make a sandwich. A piece of chicken, thinned mayo and three pickle slices on a bun. At least it was warm. Yes it was spicy, but otherwise lacking in flavor.

  I like the food, it is what I pay for, the staff was terrible......sad, ruined my experience, will not go back

  Service here is amazing I orders through the app for original buffalo and for whatever reason it came up to the store as hot and the store manager was more than happy to help me and remade the order, I really appreciate great customer service like this and will definitely come back.

  This new location is conveniently located. There was a problem with my pre-scheduled online order from the night before charging me and being confirmed but did not show anywhere in their system. They do not have staff to help since they’re very busy fulfilling orders and barely run cash register. The honey garlic wings inspired Asian flavor I got were very tiny and did not taste enough garlic, and just strong honey flavor. They’re pricey for what you get.
