  I was unaware that there was a cutoff for online orders. I placed the order before 10:30 pm. When I got there I was told they have a cutoff around 10:25 pm. Anything after that defaults to the next day @ 11:00 am. They could not see the order to cancel it or refund. I had to go back the next day. Thankfully I was able to go back. The order was waiting when I got there.

  There are two guys working alone on a Friday. Did I wait? Yes. Am I mad at the workers?? No. They are salt of the earth and working their butts off. Bw3, these guys deserve a raise
